PROJECT

On East Lake Shore Drive, this co-op project combined 2 separate units last updated in the '60s into 1 lavish apartment with a gut-remodel, relocating the kitchen to the front of the apartment overlooking the lake.

INSPIRATION

Take traditionalist cues from the 1930's Benjamin Marshall building but give it a fresh direction and modern styling, plus a hefty pop of color.

THE CLIENT

This young family wanted a weekend getaway in the city steps from Michigan Avenue, the lake, and all the city has to offer.
